Toddling around Tokyo

I suppose you could try to persuade me that the cutest, best dressed babies in the world do not all reside within the Tokyo city limits. After the impromptu fashion show we witnessed last month while enjoying the Japan Cup at the Tokyo Racecourse, it would take a mountain of impeccably turned out evidence to convince me otherwise.
